1) Email your office license and broker's pocket card to nycleasing@aimco.com.
2) You'll receive an email from us confirming receipt of these items. Once received, you can purchase an Aimco master key set. Just come to our office Monday through Friday from 9-5 with a certified check or money order in the amount of $65, payable to Aimco.
1) The Aimco master key set allows you access to all of our buildings and vacant apartments throughout the city.
2) Your email address will be added to our distribution list, enabling you to receive updated listings and Broker open house notifications from our "broker blast" three times per week. We recommend using your "listings department" email address.
Brokers must provide application fees and supporting documentation before the application is reviewed by Aimco.
Application Fee: $20 per applicant
Holding Fee: $500 and applied toward first month's rent
